Hello everyone and welcome to the start of a whole new week. This week while looking through some of my old stuff I found these articles I had read about some very nicely done homes and I researched online and found the following pictures. These houses have always been mt favorite. If I had to choose I would be living in one of these two houses as they are absolutely amazing and breathtaking in their every detail. They are modern, contemporary wonders of creativity, design, and implementation of exterior design, architecture, landscape architecture, and of course interior design. Modern and Minimalist Mid-Century Home Renovation Ideas was updated to last another 50 years. although modest in size, the plan was intelligently reconfigured to accommodate a family of 4 without adding onto the existing footprint. the new interior includes a new kitchen, new bathrooms and new surfaces throughout. an extensive cabinet package harmoniously ties the interior together and provides a great amount of storage. existing textures, like the stone wall and stone fireplace, were retained and resurfaced for their character. strategically located fin wall frame views and provide a sequence of experiences. a new roof structure at the front announces the entry and defines the function of the house.Mid-Century House Renovation in Seattle’s Innis Arden neighborhood is done by BUILD LLC | Via. let’s see the Minimalist Mid-Century House Renovation Ideas picture here:

Here the freshness and comfy house design ideas, this house designed by architect Steve Kent and located in Santa Monica. the unique this house is all rooms face the pool and have great designs,rectangular, smooth walls, white and many colors, this house looks like a giant gift box. The contrast between the front and rear of the building is impressive. Although the front (facing the street) seems to reveal a home, the cold cement, deprived of her outgoing personality, the back (overlooking the pool) shows the true nature of this broad-based, full of energy.
